Three things to start with
- Measure packaged bouquets
- Assess the available space
- Plan the restocking route
The bouquet determines usable space
Measure the bouquet in its final packaging, rather than measuring only the flowers. Check its height including the water container, its widest point and the clearance needed to remove it through the door. A high compartment count is not useful if your usual bouquets do not fit. Prepare several representative sizes and compare them with the proposed compartment layout
Match capacity to restocking
Capacity depends on how many bouquets you want to offer between restocking visits. A larger machine creates room for a broader range, but also requires more prepared stock. Start with an achievable schedule: who makes the trip, how long it takes and when you can respond to an empty display. Assess ordinary days separately from exceptional holiday demand
Controls that fit your workflow
On-site controls may fit a machine you visit every day. For several locations, compare remote monitoring with the ability to change settings remotely. NEO uses screen controls without app management, while the Standard and ADVANCE apps listed among the options have different functions. Decide who receives alerts and takes action, rather than selecting solely by the appearance of the touchscreen
