Three things to start with
- Separate equipment from installation
- List essential functions
- Include operating costs
Equipment and initial project cost
The machine price and the complete project budget are different figures. Separate equipment, payment hardware, chosen finish, delivery and installation in the quote. NEO is advertised from EUR 11,900 plus VAT, but this starting figure does not establish prices for other series or preparation costs at your site. Compare equivalent configurations so a lower equipment price does not hide additional work
Recurring costs
After installation, allow for site rent, electricity, connectivity, payment-provider charges and maintenance. Add flowers, packaging, preparation time and restocking trips. Unsold bouquets still have a cost, so record write-offs separately. Include your own working time in the monthly budget even if you initially take no separate wage. This makes comparisons with other retail channels more useful
Requesting a comparable quote
Include the model, site address, planned bouquets and essential options in your inquiry. Ask for one-time work to be separated from recurring services and for VAT to be shown clearly. With a limited budget, prioritise essential trading functions before decorative additions. Read the quote alongside the work and materials you must arrange yourself, rather than treating the headline amount as the entire investment
